Shipping & delivery

How long is your delivery time?

Your order is usually sent within 24 hours (weekdays) after you place your order.

Normal delivery time is 1-3 days. During product releases, holidays or sales, the handling time will be longer, but you should still have your order within 3-5 business days.

Can I track my order?

Yes, when your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from us with a tracking link and your tracking number. If you have not received an email, contact us at kundservice@beastalete.se and we will help you.

What shipping options do you have?

We offer shipping via DHL Service point. If you would like a different shipping method, you are welcome to email us at kundservice@beastalete.se after you have placed the order, and we will do our best to resolve your request.

Returns & exchanges
How do I make a return?
With us, you have a 14-day right to buy/exchange/return. The item must be unused, in salable condition. Sealing and any labels must remain. We do not accept opened cans or bags. If you wish to return an item, fill in and attach the return information included in the package. Feel free to use the enclosed pre-franked return label. We charge a fee for return shipping (SEK 79).
It is free to exchange at Beastalete. Follow the instructions on return. ATTENTION! With all special offers, we do not accept returns or you cannot return or cancel after we have added delivery to you.

How does the refund take place in the event of a return? When is it handled?
If you have paid by card or direct payment, the money will be deposited into your account within 2-3 banking days after we have processed your return. The money is deposited into the same card/account you used for the purchase. If you have selected Klarna invoice, your invoice is adjusted, the option is cancelled. Don't forget to report your return to Klarna so you avoid a possible reminder fee. It is the customer's responsibility that the return reaches us, so always ask for a receipt from the agent where you submit the return. It may take up to a week for your return to be processed after it arrives at our warehouse.

Order & ordering
How do I find my digital orders?
You will receive an email from us after placing the order with a link to your product. You can also find your digital products in "my account". Your username and password were sent to you the first time you ordered from us.

Which countries do you ship to?
First of all, we ship within Sweden, but you can always contact us if you want to order to another country.

What do I do if my product is faulty?
If you discover something wrong with your product and want to make a complaint, you always contact us at our customer service.
Please send an email containing your order number, pictures of the broken product and describe the error and we will help you further in the matter.
If, on the other hand, you have thrown away the product that you want to complain about, we unfortunately cannot help you as we need to have the basis for a complaint. Always report any complaints as soon as possible. According to the law, you have the right to complain about your product for up to 3 years, provided that the fault can be attributed to the seller as original (manufacturing fault, etc.) The product must be complained about within a reasonable time after the fault is discovered, a general rule is usually that complaints must be made within 2 months from the discovery of the fault always considered to be within a reasonable time. We accept the General Complaints Board (ARN).
